The entire team owns the board and should be nimble to adapt to the changing priorities. Because Agile Kanban boards strictly limit the amount the work in progress, it always keeps the team focused on essential things. New items can be added whenever the capacity is available irrespective of the period when the tasks are completed. It doesn’t require daily meetings. However, because of the absence of an owner, boards can become complicated and outdated, resulting in confusion and related development issues.
